And the live broadway show for your viewing pleasure tonight is....
CATS! 🐱 (This is the live recording of the stage version, NOT the 2019 movie. 😄) This show first premiered on stage 39 years ago in May of 1981. Based on T.S. Elliot's poetry from "Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats," the plot centers on a tribe of cats called the Jellicles, as they come together at the annual Jellicle Ball to decide which one of them will ascend to the Heaviside Layer (their version of heaven) and be reborn into a new life.
