Happy 200th Birthday, Illinois! To celebrate the Bicentennial, learn how to paint our state bird, the cardinal. First, instructor Christine Thornton will teach you how to draw a cardinal using pencil on watercolor paper. Then learn to paint with watercolor pencils. Beginners welcome!
Cost is $5 per person upon time of registration. Space is limited.
